It is true.

The stability of signal or connection is weak from sometime or some Tele companies, and that is quite a common fact since there is no 100% successful SMS deliverability among the industry, as shows below:

From our analysis, Maxis and Digi is much better than other Tele company in Malaysia, and the Redone is the weakest. 

If you cannot get the verification SMS, please do not worries, you can try the methods below:

1. To use your relatives phone number, better those are from Maxis, Digi or Celecom the main stream Tele companies;
2. In order to prevent your phone number getting black list from your Tele company, try not to send too many times. You can try to send more times but it must be waiting at least 10 more minutes on each attempt;
3. It is better to receive the verification SMS during the lower traffic time, either in the morning or mid night;
4. It is able to try to resend the verification SMS maybe 1 or 2 days after;
5. If you still cannot get the verification SMS, you can email us for the help, but it will take more time to figure it out with us: cashzine.help1@gmail.com;
