【Questions of Cash Out】How long does it take to withdraw cash?

Malaysia area:

1. Redemption withdrawals are subject to bank transfer hours and can only be operated on weekdays. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days and are not counted in the redemption period.

2. Cash withdrawals can be redeemed once a day, without monthly restrictions.

3. After the platform paid out, the amount will be received within 7-12 hours.

4. RM 1.00 : Cash collection only take 1 working day to process. For example: On Friday 10am , you submitted a cash withdrawal request for RM1.00 . You will receive the money in your bank account by next Tuesday, because Friday is not an interval day, and Saturday and Sunday are not a working day. The next Monday is 1 working day. Therefore you will receive the money by next Tuesday.

5. RM 30 , 50 , 100 , 500 : Collection will take 3 working days to process. For example: On Friday 10am , you submitted a cash withdrawal request of RM30.00 . You will receive the money in your bank account by next Thursday, because Friday is not an interval day, and Saturday and Sunday are not a working day. Next Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are 3 working days. Therefore you will receive the money by next Thursday.

Singapore area:

1. For the time being, Singapore region uses Paypal for redemption and withdrawal, and the specific time limit is based on the Paypal collection transaction.
